Support
Support is provided free of charge to all Adwiza customers that have a signed Maintenance agreement for the module on which they require support.
If the module has been bought from one of our dealers, we will refer the request to the dealer who has sold the module.
Any other request will by invoiced according to the Adwiza consultancy rates. Please contact us for the consultancy services pricelist. If you have a problem and you would like us to help you in solving it please send us an e-mail describing the problem in details and we will return to you as soon as possible.
