Searching With the Design tool your can create very advanced searches. You can search for all combinations of data in the SuperOffice database, combined with data from external data sources (ERP data etc.). E.g. you can make a search, such as: "create a selection on all companies with a sales forecast with probability of 80%".
The result can then be transferred to either a new or an existing "Selection" in SuperOffice CRM.
Templates The Template Expander option makes it possible to expand your standard SuperOffice CRM templates, to include data from external data sources (ERP data etc.) or internal data from the new tables in SuperOffice CRM.
